312002938 - P0045 Turbo actuator command

The error is recognized by comparing the control with the feedback (microcontrol diagnosis).The test is carried out if the battery voltage and the main relay are okay and the duty cycle is less than 99% (with detail CA - open circuit or CC GND - short circuit to earth) and more than 1% (with detail CC VBAT - battery voltage short circuit).
