312003000 - P0683 Preheating glow plugs signal

The error is detected if the feedback constantly remains above the Low level state both during the ON command and the OFF command for the heater plugs control unit (with detail open circuit) or if during the OFF command for the heater plugs control unit the feedback remains in the High state (with detail short circuit to earth)
