1Motorized throttle manual mode operation checkTurn the ignition key to the OFF positionUsing a finger, place the throttle valve in the fully open position and check that it moves evenly.Remove your finger from throttle valve (1) and check that it returns to its preset position (with a valve opening of 7° (2) in relation to the completely closed position, moving evenly thanks to the return spring and the opening spring).Using a finger, place the throttle valve in the fully closed position and check that it moves evenly, then remove your finger and check that it returns to its normal preset positionMove on to Step 2Replace the motorized throttleOp. 1056B14
2Check on motorized throttle operationTurn the key to the MAR positionGradually press the accelerator pedal and check that the throttle valve moves evenly until it is completely openRelease the accelerator pedal and check that the throttle valve returns to its preset positionMove on to Step 3
3Throttle actuator resistance checkTurn the ignition key to the OFF positionDisconnect the motorized throttle connectorUsing an Examiner in ohmmeter mode, measure the resistance between terminals 1 and 4 of the throttle actuator and check that the resistance is about 3 ohm ± 10% at 20°C    See E5030 PETROL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT Replace the motorized throttleOp. 1056B14
