- At the end of the procedure, remove the tool and screw in the protection cap.

1. Undo bolt (1a) and move timing sensor (1b) aside together with the wiring.2. Disconnect the quick coupling for the fuel supply pipe from the fuel manifold pipe.

1. Disconnect the electrical coupling for the injectors, releasing the wiring from the mounting bracket.

- Detach all the electrical connections for the injectors.

1. Undo bolts (1a) and remove fuel manifold pipe (1b) with injectors (1c).

Refitting ( Removing

) - Place the common rail and injectors in position and tighten the bolts.- Connect all the electrical connections for the injectors.

1. Connect the electrical coupling for the injectors and secure the mounting bracket wiring.

1. Connect the quick coupling for the fuel supply pipe from the fuel manifold pipe.2. Place timing sensor (1a) in position and tighten bolt (1b) to the recommended torque.
