The engine management control unit warning light does not come on. The Vehicle Protection warning light comes on and goes off. N.B.: The Vehicle Protection Warning Light going out correctly means that the result of the dialogue between the two control units has been positive. The failure of the engine management control unit warning light to come on is due to a fault in the warning light operating circuit. The failure to come on is caused by supply system problems
