Refitting

    Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R     Op. 1048A32 HOSE FROM AIR FILTER TO INTAKE MANIFOLD - R + R    Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD - R+R     Op. 1072C16 EXHAUST MANIFOLD WITH CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R.R. 1. Open the retaining band (1a) and disconnect the coolant supply hose (1b) from the radiator to the rigid pipe, pipe side.2. Open the retaining band (2a) and disconnect the coolant supply hose (2b) from the rigid pipe to the heater, pipe side.3. Undo the fixing bolt on the crankcase and remove the rigid pipe.

Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place the rigid pipe in position and tighten the bolt securing it to the crankcase to the recommended torque.

2. Connect the coolant supply hose from the rigid pipe to the heater, pipe side and secure it using the retaining band.3. Connect the coolant supply hose from the radiator to the rigid pipe, pipe side and secure it using the retaining band.
