Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

- Position a suitable container for collecting the engine coolant.    Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE     Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R     Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 1048A32 HOSE FROM AIR FILTER TO INTAKE MANIFOLD - R + R    Op. 1072B10 INLET MANIFOLD - R + R AND REPLACE SEAL    Op. 1088D57 ENGINE COOLANT RETURN PIPE TO SUPPLY RESERVOIR - R.R. 1. Undo the front bolt securing the starter motor, gearbox side- Work from underneath the vehicle.- Disconnect the starter motor electrical connections.

2. Undo the front bolt securing the starter motor, engine side.3. Remove the starter motor. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Position starter motor (1a) in its housing and tighten retaining bolt (1b), engine side, to the recommended torque.

- Connect the electrical connections for the starter motor.

- Work from above the vehicle.2. Tighten the retaining bolt securing the starter motor, gearbox side, to torque.
