Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE     Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE - Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.

1. Undo bolt (1a) securing pipe retaining bracket (1b) to the condenser and separate pipe involved (1c). - Remove the pipe from the housing, releasing it from the retaining clips secured to the body and extracting it from above. Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the pipe is not damaged, otherwise replace.- Replace the O-ring seals for the connectors using seals that are resistant to R134A refrigerant fluid.

Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.

- Position the pipe in its housing, attaching it to the fastening clips on the body. 1. Secure pipe (1a) on compressor and tighten retaining bolt (1c) to the recommended torque.
