Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Drain the air conditioning system.    Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE     Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE - Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

FRONT BUMPER 1. Undo the fixing nut (1a) and disconnect the low pressure pipe (1b), expansion valve side.2. Undo the fixing nut (2a) and disconnect the high pressure pipe (2b), expansion valve side.
Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.
1. Undo the bolt (1a) fixing the pipe retaining bracket (1b) to the condenser and separate the pipe involved (1c).2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the linear sensor.

- Remove the pipe from the housing, releasing it from the retaining clips secured to the bodyshell. Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the pipe is not damaged; if it is, replace it.- Replace the o-ring seals for the connectors using seals that are resistant to R134A refrigerant fluid.
Lubricate the connector threads using anti-freeze.
- Place the pipe in position securing it to the retaining clips fastened to the bodyshell. 1. Fasten the pipe (1a) to the pipe retaining bracket (1b) on the condenser and tighten the fixing bolt (1c) to the recommended torque.

2. Disconnect the electrical connection for the linear sensor.

1. Connect the high pressure pipes (1a) and low pressure pipes (1b) to the expansion valve and tighten the nuts (1c) to the recommended torque.
