The rearscreen wiper control and the activation button for the rearscreen washer, built into steering wheel interface H005, receive a reference earth to pin 2 of connector B of the steering wheel interface.Body Computer M001 (pin 59 of connector D) receives the rearscreen wiper activation command from the steering wheel interface H005 (pin 2 of connector A).Similarly, the rearscreen washer command is sent from pin 4 of connector A of H005 to pin 41 of connector D of Body Computer M001.Body Computer M001 receives power direct from the battery (pin 1 of connector A) protected by fuse F01 of engine compartment junction unit B001 (pin 18 of connector B); however, this is powered when the ignition is on (INT), to pin 11 of connector E.Body Computer M001 is powered when the ignition is on (INT/A) at pin 1 of connector E, excluding the rearscreen washer/wiper system during start-up.Body Computer M001 is connected to the driver-side dashboard earth C015 via pins 9 and 10 of connector E.Body Computer M001 (pin 13 of connector C) sends the command signal to rearscreen washer motor N016 (pin 3). Pin 7 of connector F on the other hand, receives the earth signal coming from the motor end of travel cam which stops operation (pin 2).Rearscreen wiper N016 is connected (pin 1) to left rear earth C030.Body Computer M001 (pins 44 and 45 of connector B) receives the reverse gear engaged signal via the C-CAN from engine management control unit M010. See E2022 REVERSING LIGHTS Therefore, with the windscreen wipers activated and reverse gear engaged, Body Computer M001 activates the rear wipers in slow continuous mode.Body Computer M001 sends two signals from pins 15 (negative) and 2 (positive) of connector C, which operates the windscreen/rearscreen washer two-way pump N022 which then sends the liquid detergent back to the rearscreen wiper under the effect of the polarisation described previously. The supply line from the pump is protected by fuse F43 of Body Computer M001.
