FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION
The vehicle is equipped with two different types of radio preparation:
preparation complete with leads, consoles and aerial;
preparation with power leads only.
The first version is described below.A direct battery power supply reaches pin A4 of connector A of the radio P020 via the line protected by fuse F36 of the Body Computer M001 (pin 12 of connector E).The radio also receives an ignition-controlled power supply (INT) at pin A7 of connector A along the line protected by fuse F51 also located in the Body Computer M001 (pin 4 of connector E).Pin A8 of connector A of P020 is connected to the driver''s dashboard earth C015.The radio aerial P025 is connected via a dedicated coaxial cable to connector B of P020.Connector A of the radio P020 is also connected to the speakers:
from pins B5 (+) and B6 (-) to driver''s front speakers P035 (mid-woofer) and P045 (tweeter);
from pins B3 (+) and B4 (-) to passenger side front speakers P036 (mid-woofer) and P046 (tweeter).
The aerial power supply P025 is sent from the radio P020 from pin A5 of connector A.Turning the side lights on (pin 51 of connector D of M001) creates the power supply for the lighting for the radio P020 (pin A6 of connector A) supplied by pin 60 of connector D of the Body Computer. PLATE LIGHTS The second version of radio preparation is described below.On the version which has radio power leads only, connectors A, B and C for the aftermarket radio preparation coupling D260 are connected respectively to the ignition-controlled power supply (INT), to the direct battery power supply (+30) and to the driver''s dashboard earth C015 in the same way as for the version described previously.
