Visually inspect for any irregularities in the tailgate opening in relation to the housing profile.

- Carry out the operations described below to adjust the position of the tailgate in a sideways direction. 1. Loosen the bolts fixing the tailgate hinges, tailgate side.

The arrows indicate the possible movements for the adjustment.

1. Loosen the bolts (1a) fixing the tailgate striker (1b). - When the adjustment has been completed, tighten the bolts fixing the tailgate hinges and striker to torque.
