Removing ( Refitting ) - Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the number plate light assembly.

1. Open the protective clip (1a) and disconnect the rod (1b) for opening the tailgate, pawl side.
1. Undo the nuts (1a) and remove the number plate light assembly (1b) releasing the retaining clips (1c) from the housings.
Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the light cluster in position, fitting the retaining clips in the housings.- Tighten the retaining nuts.- Connect the rod for opening the tailgate to the pawl.- Close the protective clip. 1. Connect the electrical connection for the number plate light assembly.
