) - Position the vehicle on a lift. 1. Shut off the brake fluid reservoir using the special tool.

- Proceed with removing the front wheel depending on the flexible pipe to be removed. Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.R - or Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R 1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe (1b) from the flexible pipe (1c).

Seal the pipe to prevent brake fluid from escaping.

2. Release the retaining clip and remove it.

1. Release the retaining clip (1a) and release the flexible pipe (1b) from the mounting bracket (1c).2. Undo the connector for the flexible pipe, front brake caliper side.- Remove the flexible pipe.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check the condition of the flexible pipe. If it is not intact, replace it. 1. Connect the flexible pipe to the front brake caliper and tighten the connector to torque.

2. Secure the flexible pipe (2a) to the mounting bracket (2b) and fasten it using the retaining clip (2c).

1. Connect the rigid pipe (1a) to the flexible pipe (1b) and tighten the connector (1c) to the recommended torque.

2. Fit the retaining clip in place.

- Proceed with refitting the front wheel depending on the flexible pipe removed. Op. 4450B02 LEFT FRONT WHEEL - R.R - or Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R - Remove the tool used for shutting off the brake fluid reservoir.

Op. 0010T64 BRAKE AND/OR CLUTCH FLUID CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP AS NECESSARY Op. 0010T65 HYDRAULIC BRAKE SYSTEM - BLEED AIR - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
