) Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the braking system control unit.

1	Braking system control unit (NFR)	See M051 Braking system control unit

2. Undo the connectors (2a), (2b), (2c), (2d) and (2e) and disconnect the hydraulic braking system rigid pipes, control unit side.

Seal the pipes to prevent brake fluid from escaping.

1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the rigid pipe (1b), master cylinder side.2. Undo the fixing bolts (2a) and remove the braking system control unit (2b) from its housing, complete with rigid pipe.

1. At the bench, undo the fixing nuts (1a) and separate the mounting bracket (1b) from the braking system control unit (1c).2. Undo the connector (2a) and remove the rigid pipe (2b).

Refitting ( Removing

) 1. Fit the braking system control unit (1a) to the mounting bracket (1b) and tighten the nuts (1c) to the recommended torque.

2. Connect the rigid pipe (2a) and tighten the connector (2b) to the recommended torque.

1. Fit the braking system control unit (1a) in place and tighten the fixing bolts (1b) to the recommended torque.

2. Connect the rigid pipe (2a), master cylinder side and tighten the connector (2b) to the recommended torque.

1. Connect the remaining rigid pipes, braking system control unit side, and tighten the connectors (1a), (1b), (1c), (1d) and (1e) to the recommended torque.
