Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift. 1. Shut off the brake fluid reservoir using the special tool.

1. Undo the retaining bolts (1a) and remove the pipe guard (1b). 1. Undo the connector (1a) and separate the left rigid pipe (1b) from the intermediate rigid pipe (1c).

The fuel vapour recovery pipe (2b) must be undone first and then the fuel supply pipe (2c) from the retaining bands (2d) for the right intermediate rigid pipe (2a).

1. Undo the connector (1a) and remove the intermediate rigid pipe (1b), releasing it from the retaining clips. Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the flexible pipe is not damaged. If it is, replace it.- Place the intermediate rigid pipe in position and secure it to the retaining clips. 1. Connect the intermediate rigid pipe (1a) to the flexible section and tighten the connector (1b) to the recommended torque.

1. Connect the left rigid pipe (1a) to the intermediate rigid pipe (1b) and tighten the connector (1c) to the recommended torque.

After refitting, the fuel vapour recovery pipe (2b) must be secured and then the fuel supply pipe (2c) to the retaining bands (2d) for the right intermediate rigid pipe (2a).

- Position the pipe guard and tighten the fixing bolts.- Remove the tool used for shutting off the brake fluid reservoir.
