Removing ( Refitting )

Before removing and refitting, the following preliminary operations must be carried out:(1) turn the ignition key to the OFF position and extract it.(2) disconnect the battery terminals and insulate them.(3) wait for at least 10 minutes before continuing.

Op. 7040L42     Op. 7040L40 FRONT DOOR RUNNING BOARD (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R.     Op. 7040H38 CENTRE PILLAR UPPER ELEMENT (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R     Op. 7040H42 REAR PILLAR TRIM (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT- R.R     Op. 7040H50 REAR PANEL (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the speaker.

2. Remove the retaining rivets using a drill fitted with a special bit.3. Remove the speaker. Refitting ( Removing ) 1. Place the speaker in position and fasten it to the door using new rivets.2. Connect the electrical connection for the speaker.
