Before removing and refitting, the following preliminary operations must be carried out:(1) turn the ignition key to the OFF position and extract it.(2) disconnect the battery terminals and insulate them.(3) wait for at least 10 minutes before continuing.

1. Release the rear side panel (1b) using the knife (1a).

1. Release the rod for the pretensioner (1a) from the handle (1b) for the seat belt using a special tool.- Remove the rear side panel.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Fit the rear side panel and secure the pretensioner rod.- Tighten the rear panel fixing bolts.
