Removing ( Refitting )

The stickers should be removed and fitted at ambient temperature and the bodywork should be cleaned first.

    Op. 7005R34 DOOR MIRROR - R.R.- For vehicles with electric exterior rear view mirrors, carry out the operations described below:- Disconnect the negative battery terminal.

    Op. 7005R30 ELECTRICALLY CONTROLLED DOOR MIRROR (ONE) - R+R 1. Heat the sticker with a hot air blower.

Carry out the operation for a length of about 20 centimetres.

1. Remove the part of the sticker heated previously. - Repeat the operation several times along the entire length of the sticker.- Clean the residual adhesive using the special product - 3m Cleaner Spray. Refitting ( Removing ) - Clean the area where the sticker will be fitted using a cloth. 1. Place the rear sticker on the side door using the lower edge of the glass scraper (1a) as the upper reference and the edge of the door (1b) as the side reference.

1. If necessary, secure the position of the sticker using adhesive tape. 1. Place the front sticker on the side door using the lower edge of the glass scraper (1a) as the upper reference and the edge of the door (1b) as the side reference.

1. Remove the lower protective film starting from the rear of the door. 1. Stick the sticker applying gentle pressure to it along the entire length taking care not to produce bubbles or folds using the special buffer (1a) gently whilst removing the lower protective film (1b). - Repeat this operation for the front sticker on the side door. 1. With the help of the buffer stick the sticker working from the middle towards the top and from the middle towards the bottom. - Repeat this operation for the front sticker on the side door. 1. Remove the upper protective film for the sticker. - Repeat this operation for the front sticker on the side door.

handle the stickers carefully: check for stretching, distortions or breaks.

1. With the help of the buffer make sure the sticker sticks perfectly along its entire length. - Repeat this operation for the front sticker on the side door. 1. Turn the rear sticker over and stick it to the edge of the door.2. Turn the front sticker over and stick it to the edge of the door.

If there are bubbles in the stickers are they have been fitted, pierce them using a needle and stretch them again over the surrounding area using the special spatula.

Keep the vehicle under cover for at least one hour after fitting the stickers.

Avoid washing the vehicle for 24 hours after the stickers have been fitted.
