- Disconnect the electrical connections from the injectors.

1. Prepare the test equipment as described in points 2, 3 and 4 below.

The test equipment has adapators for connection to different types of injection systems; make sure that the appropriate adapators are fitted before making the connections.

2. Open the tap.3. Close the tap.4. Close the tap.5. Position the test equipment and connect it to the fuel manifold bleed valve using the specific connector.

- Reconnect the electrical connections to the injectors.- Start up the engine and check that the pressure reading on the gauge during idling corresponds to the recommended figures.

- Switch off the engine.- Operate the fuel pump through the "Active Diagnosis" function of the diagnostic equipment and check that the pressure does not exceed 4 bar.- Disconnect the test equipment and the specific connector from the fuel manifold bleed valve.
