	Connect using the Examiner in the engine control unit.Check the value of the following parameters:- Battery voltage- Accelerator pedal- Accelerator position 1 AD/C- Accelerator position 2 AD/C- Engine coolant temperature.	Move on to Step 2.	1. Battery voltage incorrect.2. Alternator defective3. Accelerator pedal potentiometer defective. 4.Coolant temperature sensor defective.	1. Charge, and if necessary replace, the battery2. Replace the alternator, if defective.    Op. 5530A14 ALTERNATOR - R+R FOR VERSIONS WITH AIR CONDITIONOMG 3. Replace the accelerator pedal.4.Replace the coolant temperature sensor.
2	MOTORIZED THROTTLE CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check that the motorized throttle is working properly.    See E5030 PETROL ENGINES ELECTRONIC MANAGEMENT Check the continuity of the wiring between the engine control unit and the motorized throttle.	End of diagnosis.	1. Motorized throttle defective.2. Wiring defective.	1. Replace the motorized throttle.2. Repair wiring.
