Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 1060F20 PIPE FROM PRESSURE PUMP TO FUEL MANIFOLD - R.R. 1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the fuel pressure regulator on the pressure pump.

2. Remove the band and disconnect the fuel return pipe from the pressure pump.3. Disconnect the quick coupling for the fuel intake pipe from the pressure pump.4. Undo the bolts and remove the pressure pump complete with O-ring and coupling. Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the pressure pump, complete with coupling and a new O-ring, in its housing and secure it by tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.
