) - Position the vehicle on a lift.1. Disconnect the rapid attachment for the fuel pipe (return on the flame partition) and fit the protective plugs.2. Release the fuel pipes from the upper retainers.- Raise the vehicle.3. Disconnect the rapid connector for the lower fuel pipe.

Op. 1040A10 FUEL TANK - R + R AND DECANT FUEL Op. 1040E22 FUEL PIPE PROTECTION - R.R Op. 1008C32 GEARBOX LOWER REACTION ROD -R.R. 1. Undo the exhaust pipe front collar.2. Remove the five mountings and release the exhaust pipe.- Position the dedicated frame and hydraulic strut.3. Undo the two steering box bolts.4. Undo the four bolts and release the crossmember.5. Remove the retainers and extract the diesel pipe.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the diesel pipe is not damaged.- Place the diesel pipe in position and secure it using the retainers.- Position the crossmember and tighten the six bolts to the recommended torque.- Tighten the two steering box bolts.- Remove the dedicated frame and hydraulic strut.- Position and fit the exhaust pipe tightening the front collar bolt and reposition the five mountings. Op. 1008C32 GEARBOX LOWER REACTION ROD -R.R. Op. 1040E22 FUEL PIPE PROTECTION - R.R Op. 1040A10 FUEL TANK - R + R AND DECANT FUEL - Connect the rapid connector for the lower fuel pipe.- Connect the fuel return pipe rapid connector (return on the flame partition).- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
