Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5010B12 CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT AIR INTAKE DUCT - R.R.     Op. 5040C51 WATER SUPPLY PIPE TO AIR CONDITIONING HEATER - R.R. WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED    Op. 5040C53 WATER RETURN PIPE FROM AIR CONDITIONING HEATER - R.R. WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED1. Undo the thirteen bolts.2. Undo the retainers.3. Release the upper half casing.     Op. 5040B30 EXPANSION VALVE (ORIFICE TUBE) - R+R 1. Undo the bolt.2. Remove the lower half casing.3. Remove the evaporator. Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the evaporator is intact and does not show signs of damage or deposits of dirt on the finned surface.- Place the evaporator in position.- Position the lower half casing.- Tighten the bolt fixing the lower half casing.    Op. 5040B30 EXPANSION VALVE (ORIFICE TUBE) - R+R - Position the upper half casing and attach it using the retainers.- Tighten the thirteen bolts securing the upper half casing.    Op. 5040C53 WATER RETURN PIPE FROM AIR CONDITIONING HEATER - R.R. WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED    Op. 5040C51 WATER SUPPLY PIPE TO AIR CONDITIONING HEATER - R.R. WITH AIR CONDITIONING CASING REMOVED    Op. 5010B12 CLIMATE CONTROL UNIT AIR INTAKE DUCT - R.R.
