Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.1. Unscrew the bolts securing the air delivery pipe from the turbocharger.2. Loosen the band and remove the air outlet hose to the intercooler. 1. Undo the bolts (1a) fixing the oil (1b) to the crankcase.2. Undo the bolts fixing the oil return pipe to the crankcase and remove. Refitting ( Removing ) - Position the gasket on the oil return pipe flange, crankcase side, and refold the tabs to lock.- Position the engine oil return pipe in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Position the air delivery pipe in its seat with a new gasket and secure with the collar and bolts.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
