Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R.     Op. 1084B40 ENGINE OIL DELIVERY PIPE TO TURBOCHARGER - R + R 1. Loosen the band and disconnect the lower coolant outlet hose from the radiator, engine oil heat exchanger side.

Drain the coolant into a suitable container.

- Undo the bolts fixing the engine oil heat exchanger coolant inlet pipe, heat exchanger side.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the engine oil heat exchanger complete with filter and engine oil filler (1b) and gasket.

Collect the engine oil that comes out in a suitable container.

Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the engine oil heat exchanger complete with engine oil filler and filter plus gasket in its housing and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

Ensure the gasket is not damaged and correctly positioned.
