- Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER 1. Undo the bolt securing the rigid air outlet pipe from the heat exchanger to the wing join assembly seal.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the hose from the heat exchanger.
1. Undo the bolts securing the rigid air supply pipe from the heat exchanger to the wing join assembly seal.2. Loosen the band and disconnect the hose from the heat exchanger.
1. Undo bolts (1a) and remove heat exchanger (1b).
Refitting

- Place the heat exchanger in position and tighten the bolts.- Connect the hose to the heat exchanger and secure it using the band.- Screw in the bolt securing the rigid air supply pipe to the heat exchanger to the wing join assembly seal.- Connect the hose to the heat exchanger and secure it using the band.- Screw in the bolt securing the rigid air outlet pipe from the heat exchanger to the wing join assembly seal. Op. 7210E10 R.R. FRONT BUMPER - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
