) - Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R Op. 1080C82 E.G.R. - VALVE HEAT EXCHANGER ASSEMBLY - CONNECTOR PIPES - R.R. 1. Undo bolts (1a), loosen the band and disconnect the oil vapour recovery pipe between rigid pipe and separator (1b), separator side.

1. Undo bolt (1a) and disconnect connector (1b) for the engine oil vapour recovery pipe from the timing cover.2. Undo bolt (2a) and remove engine oil dipstick tube assembly (2b).

1. Loosen the band and disconnect the oil recovery pipe, separator side.2. Unscrew bolts (2a) and remove engine oil vapour separator (2b) complete with engine oil vapour recovery pipe (2c).

1. Detach the excess pressure sensor electrical connection.

- Release the electrical wiring from the bands on the air chamber.1. Undo bolts (1a) and remove air chamber (1b) complete with gasket (1c) and excess pressure sensor.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Refit the air chamber complete with gasket and excess pressure sensor back in its housing and secure it by tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Fasten the electrical wiring using the bands on the air chamber.- Secure the electrical connection to the excess pressure sensor.- Replace the engine oil vapour separator with engine oil vapour recovery pipe in its seat and secure it with the bolts.- Connect the oil vapour recovery pipe, separator side and tighten the band.- Place the engine oil dipstick pipe back in its housing and fasten it with the bolt.- Connect the connector for the engine oil vapour recovery pipe to the timing cover and tighten the bolt.

Ensure the O-ring is present and correctly positioned.

- Connect the oil vapour recovery pipe between the rigid pipe and the separator, separator side, then tighten the band and the bolts. Op. 1080C82 E.G.R. - VALVE HEAT EXCHANGER ASSEMBLY - CONNECTOR PIPES - R.R. Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
