- Remove the radio or, alternatively, the radio compartment box. Op. 5570T80 CAR RADIO EQUIPMENT - R+R Op. 7040A38 SUPPORT FOR RADIO - R.R.- Work on the left side of the dashboard. Op. 5040D10 AIR CONDITIONER CONTROLS SUPPORT - R+R OR REPLACE1. Release the sheath fastening retainer.2. Disconnect the end of the transmission cable from the control lever.3. Keep the transmission cable.
Refitting

- Check that the control cable is not damaged.- Connect the end of the transmission cable to the control lever.- Insert the sheath fastening retainer. Op. 5040D10 AIR CONDITIONER CONTROLS SUPPORT - R+R OR REPLACE
1. Rotate the temperature adjustment knob and check that the lever (1a) rotates correctly and that the cable (1b) slides freely in the outer casing (1c).2. If necessary, alter the position of the outer casing in relation to the retainer (2a) to ensure correct operation.Fasten the retainer definitively.
