) - Position the vehicle on a lift. Op. 7040L22 REAR COVER ON TUNNEL - R.R.1. Loosen the handbrake lever cable adjustment nut.

Op. 4450B06 LEFT REAR WHEEL - R.R Op. 3320B30 REAR BRAKE DRUM (ONE), LEFT OR RIGHT - R.R. 1. Remove the protective cover.2. Disconnect the parking brake control cable from the attachment on the drum.3. Undo the connector for the rear brake pipe.

1. Position the tool on the rear brake shoe control cylinder.

2. Remove the rear brake shoe return springs.3. Remove the rear brake shoe clips.4. Remove the clearance recovery device (4a) together with the rear brake shoes (4b).5. Undo the bolt (5a) and remove the rear brake shoe control cylinder (5b) complete with tool.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Position the tool on the new rear brake shoe control cylinder.

- Place the rear brake shoe control cylinder in its housing complete with tool and secure it tightening the bolt to the recommended torque.

- Place the clearance recovery device in its housing together with the rear brake shoes.- Place the clips for the rear brake shoes in their housings.- Place the clips for the rear brake shoe return springs in their housings.- Remove the tool from the rear brake shoe control cylinder.- Connect the rear brake pipe connector tightening it to the recommended torque.
