1. Loosen the band and disconnect the turbocharger air inlet pipe, flow meter side.
1. Loosen the band and disconnect the flexible pipe from the intake rigid oil vapour supply pipe.
1. Undo the bolts (1a) and move the coolant reservoir (1b) to one side.2. Remove the turbocharger assembly air intake pipe.3. Loosen the band and remove the oil vapour pipe.
Refitting

- Connect the oil vapour pipe to the turbocharger air inlet pipe and secure it using the band.- Place the turbocharger air inlet pipe in position and secure it to the turbocharger and the flow meter using the bands.- Connect the flexible pipe to the intake oil vapour rigid supply pipe and secure it using the band.- Place the coolant reservoir in its housing and secure it using the bolts. Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R - Remove the vehicle from the lift.

1. Loosen the band and disconnect the turbocharger air inlet pipe, turbocharger side.
