) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Disconnect the negative battery terminal. Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R. Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R Op. 1084B40 ENGINE OIL DELIVERY PIPE TO TURBOCHARGER - R + R Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD - R.R. Op. 1084B42 ENGINE OIL RETURN PIPE FROM TURBO - R + R Op. 1064A11 TURBOCHARGER WITH CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R.R. 1. Undo the bolt securing the coolant inlet pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger, engine block side.2. Undo the bolts fixing the coolant inlet pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger, heat exchanger side.3. Move the engine oil heat exchanger coolant inlet pipe (3a) aside complete with gasket (3b).

Collect the coolant that comes out in a suitable container.

1. Undo nuts (1a) and remove intake manifold (1b).2. Remove the exhaust manifold gasket.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Place a new exhaust manifold gasket in position.- Place the exhaust manifold in its housing and secure it by tightening the nuts to the recommended torque.

- Place the engine oil heat exchanger coolant inlet pipe in position complete with gasket and secure it to the engine oil heat exchanger using the bolts.

Fold over the gasket safety tabs.

- Tighten the bolt securing the coolant inlet pipe to the engine oil heat exchanger, engine block side. Op. 1064A11 TURBOCHARGER WITH CATALYTIC CONVERTER - R.R. Op. 1084B42 ENGINE OIL RETURN PIPE FROM TURBO - R + R Op. 1072C44 EXHAUST MANIFOLD HEAT SHIELD - R.R. Op. 1084B40 ENGINE OIL DELIVERY PIPE TO TURBOCHARGER - R + R Op. 1048A23 COLD AIR INTAKE FOR AIR FILTER - R.R Op. 1048A10 AIR FILTER ASSEMBLY - R.R. - Connect the negative battery terminal (-).- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
