Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 1092C14 POWER STEERING PUMP/SELF LEVELLING SUSPENSION PUMP PULLEY - R + R WITH BELT REMOVED    Op. 1092C10 POWER STEERING AND/OR SELF-LEVELLING SUSPENSION PUMP DRIVE BELT - R + R- Drain the reservoir using a syringe and keep the fluid.

The remaining fluid could escape during the removal of the pipes. Position a suitable container under the pump to collect the fluid.

1. Undo the nut (1a) and remove the pipe (1b).2. Open the band (2a) and remove the pipe (2b).3. Undo the two bolts. 1. Undo the three pump fixing bolts.- Extract the pump from its housing. Refitting ( Removing ) - Position the pipe and retighten the nut.- Position the pipe and close the band.- Screw in the two bolts back in and tighten to the specified torque.

- Place the pump in position.- Tighten the three bolts securing the pump to the recommended torque.
