) 1. Undo the two bolts.2. Remove the guard.

3. Unscrew the two bolts securing the lock to the body. 1. Detach the electrical connection.

2. Disengage the tailgate closure rod by extracting first the rod clip from its seat and then the safety catch.3. Remove the lock.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Position the lock in its seat.- Insert the rod and the safety catch.- Reconnect the electrical connection.- Tighten the two bolts securing the lock to the body to the specified torque.
