323002771 - 2127EE CHECKING THE ROBOTIZED GEARBOX CONTROL UNIT POWER SUPPLY (Robotized gearbox)

STEP	CHECK TO BE PERFORMED REMEDIAL ACTION	IF THE CHECK IS NOT OK
1	Check on +30 power supplyConnect a voltmeter between pin 3 of connector A of the gearbox control unit and earthCheck that the battery voltage is 12VCheck the continuity of fuse F39 from 15 A located on the engine compartment control unit    See E7051 ROBOTIZED GEARBOX Move on to Step 2	Replace fuse F39 after identifying what caused it to blow. Restore the wiring between the junction unit and the gearbox control unit
2	+15 ignition supply checkTurn the key ON. Connect a voltmeter between pin 10 of connector A of the gearbox control unit and earth. Check that the battery voltage is 12V. Check the continuity of fuse F23 from 7.5 A located on the engine compartment control unit.    See E7051 ROBOTIZED GEARBOX Move on to Step 3	Replace the fuse F23 after having identified what caused it to blowRestore the wiring between the junction unit and the gearbox control unit
3	Earth points connection checkDisconnect the negative battery leadDisconnect hydraulic unit control unit (C)Check earth strips (M) are properly connected to the electrohydraulic unit control unit (as shown in the figure). Check that the earth strips are not deformed/damaged.Check that the gearbox control unit is correctly earthed via the above points on the hydraulic unit and that the gearbox control unit connections are not damaged	Restore the earth strips, if necessary replace electrohydraulic unitReplace the gearbox control unit    Op. 2127E10 HYDRAULIC SPEED SELECTION SYSTEM CONTROL UNIT - R.R. if the connections are damaged
