323003555 - 3330B17 PEDAL UNIT - DISMANTLING AND REASSEMBLY AT THE BENCH FOR VERSIONS WITH MANUAL GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION

Removing ( Refitting ) 1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the accelerator pedal (1b).2. Extract the pin (2a) and remove the brake pedal (2b).3. Rotate the brake pedal switch in a clockwise direction and remove it from the pedal unit mounting. Refitting ( Removing )

If a new brake pedal switch supplied by the Parts. Dept is fitted, no adjustment of the rod travel is necessary.

If the original brake pedal switch is refitted, the rod must be adjusted, taking it to maximum extension, as shown in the diagram.

When extracting the push rod, take care not to damage the internal teeth.

- Fit the brake pedal switch in the special splining and lock it by rotating it in an anti-clockwise direction until the retaining tooth can be heard to click into place.- Place the brake pedal in position and fit the pin.- Place the accelerator pedal in position and tighten the bolts.
