Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R     Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 1048A50 TURBOCHARGER AIR INTAKE PIPE - R.R.    Op. 2127C24 PIPE FROM SOLENOID VALVE ASSEMBLY TO MASTER CYLINDER FOR ELECTROHYDRAULIC SELECTION GEARBOX - R.R    Op. 2127C22 PIPE FROM HYDRAULIC SPEED SELECTION ACTUATOR UNIT TO FLUID RESERVOIR - R.R. - Undo the nut securing the rigid pipe from the air/air heat exchanger to the throttle casing to the crankcase.

Depressurize the system by connecting the Examiner as described in operation 2127C24.

1. Disconnect the electrical connection for the clutch position sensor.

1. Retract the clip (1a) and disconnect the pipe from the master cylinder to the three-way connector (1b), master cylinder side.

Collect the fluid that comes out in a suitable container.

1. Undo the bolts (1a) and move the heater plugs control unit mounting bracket (1b) to one side.2. Undo the bolts (2a) and remove the master cylinder assembly (2b).

The fluid reservoir cannot be separated from the master cylinder and is therefore not handled by Parts.

Refitting ( Removing ) - Place the master cylinder assembly in position and secure it tightening the bolts to the recommended torque.

- Place the heater plugs control unit mounting bracket in its housing and secure it to the body using the bolts.- Connect the pipe from the master cylinder to the three-way connector and secure it using the retaining clips.- Connect the electrical connection for the clutch position sensor.    Op. 2127C22 PIPE FROM HYDRAULIC SPEED SELECTION ACTUATOR UNIT TO FLUID RESERVOIR - R.R.     Op. 2127C24 PIPE FROM SOLENOID VALVE ASSEMBLY TO MASTER CYLINDER FOR ELECTROHYDRAULIC SELECTION GEARBOX - R.R    Op. 1048A50 TURBOCHARGER AIR INTAKE PIPE - R.R.    Op. 5530B52 BATTERY SUPPORT/DRIP TRAY - R.R     Op. 5530B10 BATTERY - R+R - Tighten the nut securing the rigid pipe from the air/air heat exchanger to the throttle casing to the crankcase.    Op. 0010T60 ELECTROHYDRAULIC SELECTION GEARBOX CLUTCH HYDRAULIC SYSTEM - BLEED AIR     Op. 0010T61 ELECTROHYDRAULIC SELECTION GEARBOX CLUTCH FLUID - CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY    Op. 0010T48 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION - BLEED AIR     Op. 0010T47 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FLUID FOR GEARBOX WITH HYDRAULIC SELECTION CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP, IF NECESSARY     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Connect an Examiner and run the auto calibration procedure.- Remove the vehicle from the lift.
