- Place the front seat in the rear end of travel position.1. Working in the front door housing, lift up running board (1a) slightly, releasing inner retainers (1b) and locating pin (1c) using the special tool.

- Place the front seat in the front end of travel position.1. Lift up the rear seat cushion.2. Undo the plastic bolts.3. Lift up running board (3a) slightly by releasing internal retainers (3b).4. Keep the running board.
Refitting

- Check that the running board is not damaged.- Place the running board in position and attach the rear retainers.- Tighten the plastic bolts.- Lower the rear seat cushion.- Place the front seat in the rear end of travel position.- Attach the locating pins and the front retainers.- Move the front seat to an intermediate position.
