323000837 - K140 FUEL RESERVE WARNING LIGHT ON (WITH HIGHER LEVEL)

The Engine Management Node sends a message via the C-CAN to the Body Computer, which makes it available via the B-CAN, to the Instrument Panel node.

Faults in the C-CAN will turn on the warning lights for the control units that communicate on this network. The "CAN INFORMATION" check is designed for this eventuality

	Check that the fuel level gauge reading is not on reserve.	Move on to Step 1	Fuel level gauge on reserve.	Top up the fuel to the correct level.

	Remove the submerged fuel pump assembly complete with level gauge.    Op. 1040A70 SUBMERGED PUMP ASSEMBLY COMPLETE WITH LEVEL GAUGE CONTROL - R + R	Move on to Step 3
3	CHECK CAN NETWORK INFORMATION USING THE DIAGNOSTIC INSTRUMENT	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Use Examiner to check that there are no faulty control units.	End of diagnosis.	Faulty control units present.	Continue as instructed by the diagnostic equipment.
