The function of opening the boot allows the activation of the geared motor for releasing the boot.This function can take place in two modes: through a dedicated button in the control unit in the middle of the dashboard or through a dedicated button on the remote control.When the boot is opened the direction indicators flash twice.The function is disabled if the speed of the vehicle is 20 km/h or more and also at lower speeds (with the vehicle moving) if the remote control button is activated.Lastly, the switch in the dashboard is disabled if the doors are locked using the remote control and then re-enabled after the doors are unlocked.The opening device circuit is protected by a dedicated fuse.
