323001357 - P011 CENTRAL LOCKING / NOT WORKING WITH REMOTE CONTROL

When the door closing/opening is controlled using the remote control, the central locking does not work.

The Body Computer Node receives the signal from the remote control via the RF aerial. Having received the command, it sends the opening/closing signal to the door actuators and to the luggage compartment actuator.

	Connect the Examiner diagnostic equipment to the Body Computer Node and check that there are no errors.	Move on to Step 4.	Error detected: RF receiver broken	Move on to step 3.
3	CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Keeping the diagnostic equipment connected to the Body Computer node, check the following in the parameters mode:- that the remote control is correctly programmed;- the operation of the individual remote control buttons.	Move on to Step 4.	1. Remote control not properly programmed2. Remote control buttons malfunction.	1. Programme the remote control.2. Move on to Step 4.
4	ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check that the RF receiver aerial is not interrupted or incorrectly connected to the Body Computer Node.	Move on to Step 5.	1. Aerial lead broken.2. Aerial lead connector not correctly connected to the Body Computer Node.	1. Restore the continuity/insulation of the aerial lead. If necessary See E3040 CENTRAL LOCKING 2. Connect the aerial lead connector properly to the Body Computer Node.
5	CORRECT REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check that the remote control is working correctly. See Test 5580EA ANTI-THEFT DEVICE REMOTE CONTROL OPERATION CHECK	End of diagnosis.	Remote control defective.	Replace the remote control and programme the new remote control at the Body Computer Node.
6	BODY COMPUTER CORRECT OPERATION CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
