- Position the vehicle on a lift.- Drain the coolant. Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R. Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. Op. 1092C10 POWER STEERING AND/OR SELF-LEVELLING SUSPENSION PUMP DRIVE BELT - R + R Op. 1092B40 AIR CONDITIONING COMPRESSOR/ALTERNATOR DRIVE BELT - R + R 1. Unscrew the bolts.2. Remove the compressor belt protection.3. Undo the bolt (3a) and disconnect the connectors (3b) for the compressor pipes.

Seal the connectors that have been disconnected using suitable plugs to prevent dampness and impurities from entering the system.

4. Detach the electrical connection.

1. Undo the compressor fixing bolts.2. Recover the compressor.

If the compressor is replaced, it is not necessary to remove and replace the fluid inside the compressor.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the compressor is not damaged.1. Place the compressor in position.2. Screw in the compressor fixing bolts and tighten them to the specified torque.

1. Secure the electrical connection.2. Connect the two pipe connectors (2a, 2b), then secure by tightening the bolts (2c, 2d).

- Position the compressor belt protection and secure it using the bolts. Op. 7055B91 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH LINER - R.R. Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Repressurize the coolant. Op. 0010T84 COOLANT FOR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM - DEHYDRATE AND REPRESSURIZE - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
