Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 5580C22 AIR BAG MODULE - PASSENGER SIDE - R.R - Remove both the doors.    Op. 7210E36 R.R. FRONT SIDE DOOR - Work on the left side.    Op. 5010C55 LOWER AIR DIFFUSER (ONE) LH OR RH - R.R     Op. 5505A35 MAIN BODY COMPUTER/JUNCTION UNIT - R.R.- Work on both sides.    Op. 7040A89 REINFORCEMENT BRACKET BETWEEN DASHBOARD SUPPORTING CROSSMEMER AND BODYSHELL - R.R.1. Detach the electrical connection.

2. Disconnect the earth lead.

1. Disconnect the crossmember wiring retainers. 1. Unscrew the crossmember external bolts.2. Remove the air connections to the rear seats by releasing from the ducts.3. Undo the bolts securing the air conditioner casing.4. Remove the dashboard trim support crossmember. Refitting ( Removing ) - Check that the dashboard support crossmember is not damaged.1. Position the dashboard support crossmember.2. Tighten the bolts securing the air conditioner casing.

3. Refit the air connections to the rear seats by attaching to the ducts.4. Tighten the crossmember external bolts.
