323001602 - P010 CENTRAL LOCKING NOT WORKING

When the central locking is activated using the mechanical key or from the inside, via the safety knob, the central locking system does not work.

The door opening/closing command reaches the body computer node. The latter sends the signal received to the actuators which close/open the side doors, and directly controls the closing of the boot lid.

	Connect the Examiner diagnostic equipment and carry out the active diagnosis for the defective door lock.	End of diagnosis.	The door does not close/open.	Move on to Step 2.
2	CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Keeping the Examiner diagnostic equipment connected, check:- that there are no inactive control units;- that there are no faulty control units.	Move on to Step 3.	Presence of faults.	Continue following the instructions for the diagnostic equipment.
3	CHECK USING DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Using the Examiner diagnostic equipment, check that the learning of the change of state for the door opening/closing switch is correct.	Move on to Step 5.	The signal for the door opening/closing switch status has not been learnt correctly.	Move on to Step 4.
4	ELECTRICAL CIRCUIT CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	- Check the continuity/insulation of the electrical connection between the defective door lock and the Body Computer- Check the continuity/insulation of the electrical connection between the Body Computer, the dashboard control unit and the defective door lock See E3040 CENTRAL LOCKING	Move on to Step 6.	- Electrical connection broken or not insulated.- Defective front door lock.- Defective rear door lock.
