323001822 - N096 THE ELECTROCHROMIC MIRROR IS NOT WORKING

The customer complains that the electrochromic mirror is not working: The interior rear view mirror automatic dimming function is not activated, in other words it does not become darker for night driving.

The vehicle is equipped with an interior rear view mirror which, by pressing a button, is set for day or night use. When driving at nightime, the mirror detects the main beam of the headlamps of following vehicles and automatically dims them in order to prevent the driver from being dazzled by the glare.
