) - Place the seat in the front end of travel position.1. Loosen the rear retaining bolts.

1. Remove the moulding (1a) using the special tool, releasing the retainers (1b) and (1c).

2. Unscrew the bolt (2a) and move the end (2b) of the front seat belt away from the seat.

- Move the seat to the rear end of its travel.1. Release the retainers (1a) using the special tool.

2. Remove the protection for the electrical connections.

1. Detach electrical connections (1a, 1b).

2. Loosen the front bolts.3. Remove the seat.

If the seat has a Side Bag, move it handling the seat only and only in the area of the head restraint and at the front of the cushion.

Refitting ( Removing

) - Check that the seat is not damaged.- Place the seat with the guides in the rear end of travel position.1. Screw in and tighten the inner front fixing bolt.

2. Screw in the outer front bolt without tightening it.3. Connect the electrical connections.- Move the seat to the front end of its travel.4. Screw in and tighten the inner rear fixing bolt.

5. Screw in the outer rear bolt (5a) without tightening it.

Warnings: The seat should be fastened to the floor without distortions to the sliding guides. If necessary, adjust the floating nuts (5b) making sure that they are free.

- Check that the seat slides correctly; slide and attach the seat several times and check that the catches click home simultaneously into both guides.6. Screw in and tighten the outer rear bolt.

7. Screw in and tighten the outer front bolt.

- Position the protection for the electrical connections and do up the retainers.1. Position the end of the front seat belt (1a) on the front seat and screw in the bolt (1b), then tighten to the recommended torque.

2. Position seat belt panel (2a) and do up retainers (2b).

- Check that the seat slides correctly; slide and attach the seat several times and check that the catches click home simultaneously into both guides.
