) - Position the vehicle on a lift.- Remove the power steering fluid reservoir cap and remove the fluid using a syringe. Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R. Op. 1092C10 POWER STEERING AND/OR SELF-LEVELLING SUSPENSION PUMP DRIVE BELT - R + R Op. 1092C14 POWER STEERING PUMP/SELF LEVELLING SUSPENSION PUMP PULLEY - R + R WITH BELT REMOVED Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R Op. 1064A31 HEAT SHIELD FOR TURBOCHARGER - R.R. - Remove the air outlet hose from the turbo complete with rigid pipe as described in the procedure: Op. 1048B19 TURBOCHARGER AIR OUTLET HOSE -R.R.1. Undo the connector (1a) and disconnect the pipe (1b) from the power assisted box.2. Loosen the band (2a) and disconnect the pipe from the reservoir (2b).

1. Undo the fixing bolts (1a) and remove the power steering pump (1b).

Refitting ( Removing

) - Fit the power steering pump and tighten the fixing bolts to the recommended torque.

- Connect the pipe from the reservoir to the power steering pump and tighten the band.- Connect the pipe to the power steering box to the the power steering pump and tighten the connector to the specified torque.

- Fit the air outlet hose from the turbo complete with rigid pipe as described in the procedure: Op. 1048B19 TURBOCHARGER AIR OUTLET HOSE -R.R. Op. 1064A31 HEAT SHIELD FOR TURBOCHARGER - R.R. Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R Op. 1092C14 POWER STEERING PUMP/SELF LEVELLING SUSPENSION PUMP PULLEY - R + R WITH BELT REMOVED Op. 1092C10 POWER STEERING AND/OR SELF-LEVELLING SUSPENSION PUMP DRIVE BELT - R + R Op. 7055B66 ENGINE COMPARTMENT DUST COVER IN RIGHT FRONT WHEEL ARCH - R.R. Op. 4450B04 RIGHT FRONT WHEEL - R.R Op. 0010T71 POWER STEERING FLUID CHECK LEVEL AND TOP UP IF NECESSARY - Remove the vehicle from the lift.
