The customer reports a noise that increases in frequency as the engine speed increases.

	Check that there are no leaks on the turbine lubrication circuit and that the oil pipes are not damaged.	Move on to Step 2	Leaks on the turbine lubrication circuit.	Restore the correct seal for the lubrication circuit.
		Move on to Step 2	Damaged oil pipes	Replace the oil pipes
2	TURBOCOMPRESSOR UNIT COOLING CIRCUIT CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check that there are no leaks on the turbine cooling circuit and that the water pipes are not damaged.	Move on to Step 3	Leaks on the turbine cooling circuit.	Restore the correct seal for the cooling circuit.

3	AIR PRESSURE CIRCUIT CHECK	All OK	Problems encountered	Operation
	Check the seal of the pressurised hoses on the air circuit and on the intercooler.Check that there are no damage/lacerations to the air pressure circuit pipes.	Move on to Step 4	Sleeve seal is incorrect	Restore the correct seal.

	Check that the turbocharging solenoid pipes are correctly positioned and have the correct seal, by following the See Test 1064BB SUPERCHARGING PRESSURE SOLENOID (PIERBURG) VALVE OPERATION CHECK	Move on to Step 5	Solenoid pipes are incorrectly positioned	Restore the pipes to the correct position.
		Move on to Step 5	Pipe seal incorrect/lacerated/damaged	Restore the correct seal/replace damaged pipes.
