323002902 - 1084C22 HEAT SHIELD ON ENGINE OIL HEAT EXCHANGER - R.R.

Removing ( Refitting ) - Position the vehicle on a lift.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R. - Remove the air outlet hose from the turbo complete with rigid pipe as described in the procedure:    Op. 1048B19 TURBOCHARGER AIR OUTLET HOSE -R.R.1. Undo the bolts (1a) and remove the catalytic converter mounting brackets (1b). 1. Undo bolts (1a) and remove heat shields (1b) and (1c). Refitting ( Removing ) - Refit the two heat shields in place on the engine oil heat exchanger and tighten the associated bolts.- Place the catalytic converter brackets in their housings and tighten the associated bolts.- Fit the air outlet hose from the turbo complete with rigid pipe as described in the procedure:    Op. 1048B19 TURBOCHARGER AIR OUTLET HOSE -R.R.    Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.
