Removing ( Refitting )     Op. 7055B54 UNDER ENGINE PROTECTION/GUARD - R.R.     Op. 1016A10 SOUND-PROOFING COVER - R.R     Op. 1064A31 HEAT SHIELD FOR TURBOCHARGER - R.R.    Op. 1048A50 TURBOCHARGER AIR INTAKE PIPE - R.R.    Op. 0010T20 ENGINE COOLANT - CHANGE 1. Unscrew the engine coolant outlet pipe connector from the turbocharger, turbocharger side. 1. Undo connector (1a) and remove the coolant outlet pipe from turbocharger (1b). Refitting ( Removing ) - Refit the coolant outlet pipe from the turbocharger in its housing and tighten the associated connectors with new seals.

The connectors should be tightened keeping the pipe still. Any movements of more than 3° affect the seal of the connectors.
